Theses animal detective worksheets are great resources for homeschoolers. As always these printables are free to you. Simply print out and use as many as you need.

I have provided you with three worksheets to use for science, unit studies or an animal project. It doesn’t matter whether you are studying birds, mammals, fish or insects this printable worksheet is the answer. It is also a nice asset to a science fair project.

Animal Adventures 1  : is a simple page for Kindergarten through fourth or fifth grade. Preschoolers can use this with some help as well. It has an area to tell about the animal, a place to paste or draw a picture of the animal and a map to mark where the animal lives.

Animal Adventures 2: is a bit more detailed for older students. Kids research their animal and put the details  (order, family, genus, eating habits, etc.) on the worksheet.

Animal Adventures Map : is a blackline world map that the kids can use to color in where the animals live.
